IT Support/Data Analyst

Job Description : Responsibilities :

  • Provide IT support for plant operations (similar to a help desk but for manufacturing systems).
  • Troubleshoot HMI communication issues.
  • Resolve data tracking problems on different systems.
  • Ensure smooth operation to prevent facility shutdowns.
  • Wear safety gear when working on the plant floor.

Requirements :

  • No formal degree required, but computer experience is necessary.
  • Basic troubleshooting (similar to help desk).
  • Data tracking & analysis.
  • Level 1 programming knowledge preferred (e.g., Rockwell controllers).
  • Experience in industrial IT support is a plus (e.g., HMIs, data tracking issues).
