Job Description : Responsibilities :
- Technicians will be the working directly with the employees to address computer issues, educate users, and answer questions and concerns.
- Technicians will provide a world-class walkup support experience for our manufacturing employees.
- Work will focus on improving productivity through proactive identification / remediation of hardware and software issues, and proactively ensuring devices meet security standards (patches, driver updates, supported app levels, etc.).
- As a key contributor to this team, candidates will bring candidates high learning agility and end-user / customer service skills to understand the critical business processes that enable productivity through technology.
- Candidates will bring candidates technical and customer experience to troubleshoot technical issues when they arise.
- With candidates curiosity of all things technical and willingness to drive change, candidates will work with peers and customers to improve the digital user experience across the company.
