- Application Portfolio Management: Familiarity with Application Portfolio Management (APM) is essential, and direct experience with ServiceNow APM is highly preferred.

- Risk Mitigation and Issue Resolution: Identify and proactively address potential issues and risks across multiple projects and programs.
- Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure project continuity.
