Responsibilities:
- To design and manage delivery of product / project and sustenance as per defined scope and standards in a particular technology.
- To meet the customer delivery / expectations as member of the technical team.
- To design and develop solution for product / project and sustenance delivery.
- To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
- To work with a team of developers for successful delivery of project.
- To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
- A minimum of 6-9 years' experience in IT & hands on Technical Manager in Java/J2EE background including a minimum of 5 years in API (Restful Webservices) and micro services development, using leading methodologies and processes.
- Proficient and technical expertise in Spring framework, Springboot, Structs, OR equivalent frameworks.
- Proven experience in technical project management, technical solution, and planning to wide range across the technology.
- Proficient in JavaScript, JQuery, HTML , React.JS, Redux frameworks.
- Proficient with Openshift/Kubernetes/Docker/ Containers.
- Professional experience prior working in Agile methodologies & insurance domain exposure.
