Job Description : Responsibilities :
- Lawson ERP Expertise : Provide in-depth expertise in the Lawson ERP system (Infor Cloud Suite), particularly within the modules related to Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
- ssist with configurations, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
- System Optimization : Identify opportunities for optimizing the Lawson system, ensuring it supports current and future business requirements while maintaining system performance and efficiency.
- Support & Troubleshooting : Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex issues within the Lawson ERP system, providing both day-to-day support and addressing long-term system challenges.
- Implementation & Upgrades : Lead and support the implementation, upgrade, and integration projects for the Lawson ERP system, working closely with project teams to ensure that business requirements are effectively captured and solutions are delivered.
- Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering : Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements for Lawson.
- Provide technical solutions and best practices to meet those needs.
- Process Design & Improvement : Design and implement business processes, workflows, and system configurations within Lawson to improve operational efficiency.
- dvise on best practices for business process reengineering.
- Documentation & Training : Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide training and mentoring to team members and end users to maximize system usage and capabilities.
- Data Integration & Reporting : Collaborate with data engineers and business intelligence teams to ensure data integration between Lawson and other business systems.
- Support reporting and analytics, ensuring accurate data flow and useful insights.
- System Maintenance & Compliance : Ensure that the Lawson system is fully compliant with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
- Oversee regular system maintenance, patches, and updates to keep the system running smoothly.
- Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with IT teams, business leaders, and external vendors to provide expert advice and ensure that the system aligns with strategic business goals.
