Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team in the design, development, and deployment of appian applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the appian platform.
- Implement and champion agile practices and methodologies to improve team efficiency and project delivery.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure adherence to best practices in appian development.
- Mentor team members on appian development, agile principles, and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in appian solutions and agile processes.
- Proficiency in designing and developing solutions using appian, including building business processes, integrations, and user interfaces.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience in leading agile projects.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, team members, and drive collaboration.
- Problem-solving skills to analyze complex technical issues, propose solutions, and make informed decisions.
