Pay Range: $45hr - $50hr
- The Lead Business Analyst specializing in Business Process Modelling is responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- This role involves identifying areas for improvement, designing new processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of current business processes to identify gaps and areas of inefficiency.
- Develop business process models and workflows to optimize operations and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and align business processes with organizational goals.
- Lead the implementation of new processes, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless adoption.
- Monitor and evaluate process performance metrics, making adjustments as needed to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and tools.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in business process management.
- Proficiency in business process modelling tools such as bpmn, visio, or aris.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and team members.
- Project management skills to oversee the end-to-end process implementation.
