Job Description : Requirement :
- Bs degree with 7 years in Mechanical Design / development experience and 3 years experience in HVAC & refrigeration.
- Control selection , leak detection and mitigation for A2L HVAC & refrigeration application.
- Injection Molded part design, material selection.
- Enclosure design, sealing design, handle, Component selections, caster wheel selection in HVAC.
- CAD tool : SolidWorks.
- Experience launching in market from concept design to product launch stages.
- wareness in Electrical engineering and experience working closely working with EE team during design development phases.
- Proven track record of successfully leading Engineering / Technical projects to deliver with Onsite , Offshore teams.
- experience with Design, Development, Onsite & Offshore coordination, Scheduling & Planning, conducting design reviews.
- Excellent skills with the ability to analyze complex data, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions communication skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
