Responsibilities:
Data Extraction and Cleaning:
- Accessing data from various Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service).
- Identifying and addressing data quality issues, including duplicates and inconsistencies.
- Data transformation and manipulation to prepare it for analysis.
- Performing statistical analysis using appropriate techniques to identify trends and patterns within the data.
- Calculating key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to business objectives.
- Developing comprehensive reports and dashboards using Power BI or other visualization tools.
- Creating interactive and user-friendly visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Interpreting data analysis results to identify actionable insights and business opportunities.
- Communicating key findings and recommendations to relevant teams to inform decision-making.
- Working closely with business users to understand their data needs and requirements.
- Gathering feedback on reports and dashboards to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Ensuring data integrity and compliance with data governance policies.
- Monitoring data quality and implementing necessary data cleansing procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI.
- Creating and managing data visualizations within Power BI.
- Writing complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from Dynamics 365.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and tools like Excel, R, or Python.
- Understanding the structure and functionalities of different Dynamics 365 modules.
