Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support for OSI PI modules including PI - HEP, PI - Refineries, PI AF, PI Business Integrator, PI Datalink, PI HEP - AF, PI HEP - Datalink, PI HEP - Vision, and PI Vision.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of PI systems to ensure optimal operation and data accuracy.
- Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to PI data collection, storage, and reporting.
- Work with clients to understand their requirements and provide customized solutions using PI technologies.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and user guides.
- Conduct training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding and usage of PI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PI systems with other business applications.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in PI technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience with OSI soft PI systems and modules listed above.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with industrial processesand.
- Experience with PI System architecture and design.
- Knowledge of PI System security best practices.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
- Experience with SQL databases and reporting tools.
