- Process contracts and TAS invoices accurately.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Provide training and support to team members on payroll systems.
- Subject matter expert in Kronos and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Executive presence and well-spoken communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a permanent position.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Google Meet for conducting interviews and meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or a related field required.
