Responsibilities:
- Quality Management System Implementation: Lead the design, implementation, and management of Quality Management Systems (QMS) within the Windchill platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and compliance with industry standards.
- Windchill QMS Module Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of Windchill's QMS module to configure, deploy, and maintain quality management processes, including document control, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), non-conformance management, and audit management.
- Semiconductor Industry Compliance: Ensure that all quality management practices align with the stringent requirements of the semiconductor industry, focusing on maintaining compliance with international standards (ISO, IPC, JEDEC) and customer-specific requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, regulatory, supply chain, and customer-facing teams to ensure that quality management practices are fully integrated and supportive of the product lifecycle from design through to customer delivery.
- Supplier Quality Management: Oversee supplier quality performance, defining metrics, setting targets, and conducting quarterly reviews to drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
- Process Optimization: Continuously assess and refine QMS processes to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and ensure the highest levels of product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on Windchill QMS functionalities, ensuring effective adoption and adherence to best practices.
- Quality Audits and Reporting: Lead internal and external quality audits, prepare detailed reports, and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
- Customer Quality Management: Collaborate with sales and customer engineering teams to integrate customer requirements into quality processes, manage customer RMAs, and lead quality reviews with key customers.
- Quality Management, or a related field.
- Experience in quality management within the semiconductor industry.
- Proven expertise in implementing and managing QMS processes using Windchill.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Windchill Solution Architect or similar role.
Salary : $85 - $90
