Responsibilities:
- The Technical Lead - React.js is pivotal in managing technology across projects while delivering exceptional technical guidance and solutions.
- This role ensures adherence to best practices and coding standards, driving the team's productivity and technical capabilities.
- By engaging in strategic discussions and technical reviews, the Technical Lead helps maintain the project's integrity and success.
- Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In React.Js Development, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team.
- Develop And Mentor Team Members In Enhancing Their React.Js Skills And Overall Technical Capabilities, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Learning And Productivity.
- Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Module By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews, Acting As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Assessing Architectural Best Practices.
- Prepare And Submit Comprehensive Status Reports To Highlight Project Risks And Exposures, Facilitating Timely Resolution Of Escalations And Ensuring Project Milestones Are Met.
- Strong Understanding Of React.Js And Its Ecosystem, Including Redux And Related Libraries.
- Proficiency In Javascript, Html, And Css, With A Solid Grasp Of Front-End Development Principles.
- Familiarity With Restful Apis And Asynchronous Programming Concepts.
- Good Knowledge Of Version Control Systems, Particularly Git, And Agile Methodologies.
- Basic Understanding Of Testing Frameworks And Tools Relevant To React.Js Applications.
- Optional But Valuable: React.Js Certification, Aws Certified Developer, Or Relevant Front-End Development Certifications.
