Job Description : Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience with a focus on attention to detail, by ensuring interviews are scheduled quickly and accurately.
- Maintain data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist with data clean-up efforts, ensuring adherence to established processes and timelines for effective candidate communication, while demonstrating strong time management skills.
- Communicate professionally with candidates and coworkers, maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times Work closely with Recruiters, Interviewers, and Hiring Managers to enhance existing processes and programs, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and partner management, while fostering creativity in talent acquisition strategies Coordinate candidate travel and handle all expenses (if applicable).
- Monitor all candidates' interview experiences and act as the primary point of contact Enhance the interviewer training program by actively inviting interviewers in training to live interview shadowing sessions, utilizing attention to detail Build diverse and inclusive interview panels and support continuous growth of interviewer teams Champion Client, our values, and our philosophy to potential candidates.
