Job Description : Risk Management Technical Project Manager (TPM)
Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be mainly responsible in building and improving
- s software risk and deviation programs. Experience in hardware regulatory compliance in ICT (servers) is plus. This role is US-based, remote, requires immediate availability and will run from now until July.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Management :
Organize and schedule project activities.
Monitor project status and ensure timely responses from team members. The candidate will be spending most of the time working with the engineering team in collecting corrective action and implementation evidence.
Familiarity in assessing and tracking Jira tickets and ensure all evidence is uploaded in JIRA or Hyperproof (GRC tool)
Cross-functional teams are located mainly in North America (PST) and in XX (IST). Traveling is not required for this role. However, some meetings may be scheduled to be IST time zone friendly.
Risk Management :
Works closely with the Risk Management team with cross functional collaboration with engineering, IT-GRC, legal and privacy teams in
Identify, assess, manage, assist and track project risks.
Defining and documenting the risk management programs
Identify potential program improvements
Assist in quarterly security management review and board meeting
Hardware Regulatory Compliance
Although not a strong requirement, experience in hardware safety, compliance and regulatory compliance is a plus.
Works closely with the HW Compliance Manager to ensure
Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities and certifications.
Collaborate with
Provide guidance and support to teams and customers on compliance-related matters.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in software products, preferably in the ICT industry.
Proficiency in risk management and program management.
Excellent organizational and scheduling skills and proficiency in Smartsheet strongly preferred.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Experience with hardware compliance and regulatory reporting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Timeframe :
Immediate start, with the role running until July.
