Responsibilities:
- Gathers, collects, records, tracks, verifies data and information from multiple sources.
- Responsible for daily hangar safety inspection/walks.
- Inspect, maintain and restock Life Safety Equipment to include Vendor spot checks for accuracy.
- Prepares requested electronic and hard copy reports.
- Assist with collecting and sorting and replacement of drums containing hazardous wastes.
- Responds to requests for assistance with expired hazardous materials.
- Responsible for observing all laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
- Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
- Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent and current Driver’s License.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Will be lifting 55 gallon barrels of hazardous waste.
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
- The ability to learn and demonstrate safe operation of forklift.
- Good organization skills.
- The ability to identify issues.
- Basic analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to accurately document and report.
- Knowledge of computer operations and applications.
Salary : $18 - $23
