Job Description : Responsibilities :
- nalyze business requirements and provide expert recommendations and roadmaps for Salesforce platform and application solutions, considering integration with other systems.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce architecture diagrams, ensuring that solutions are well-designed, scalable, and adhere to best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, mentoring and coaching team members on standard methodologies for design, development, and system integration.
- Lead the development of proof of concepts (POCs) to validate the design and performance of solutions, leveraging candidate technical expertise to create innovative POCs that encompass various systems.
- Oversee the successful implementation and transition of technology products and solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment, interoperability, and adoption across systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and vendors, to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide expert guidance on Salesforce platform and its integration with other systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise during the implementation phase, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues across integrated systems.
