- Analyzes, designs and develops technical solutions to customer reported problems and internally reported issues.
- Helps L3 support and customers to solve reported product and network problems of varied complexity.
- Replicate customer issues in the lab environment.
- Coordinate with OEMs to replicate customer issues and test possible fixes.
- Perform hands-on tests to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, network designs, and network deployments using new products and feature.
- Develop , define and create best practices for Network.
- infrastructure and SD WAN design.
- Setting up infrastructure.
- Create knowledge articles.
- Ability to write bash/python scripts.
- Validate hot fixes and provide recommendations to operations team.
