What are the responsibilities and job description for the SD WAN Engineer position at CYNET SYSTEMS?

Job Description:

Requirement:

Analyzes, designs and develops technical solutions to customer reported problems and internally reported issues.
Helps L3 support and customers to solve reported product and network problems of varied complexity.
Replicate customer issues in the lab environment.
Coordinate with OEMs to replicate customer issues and test possible fixes.
Perform hands-on tests to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, network designs, and network deployments using new products and feature.
Develop , define and create best practices for Network.
infrastructure and SD WAN design.
Setting up infrastructure.
Create knowledge articles.
Ability to write bash/python scripts.
Validate hot fixes and provide recommendations to operations team.
