Job Description:
Pay Range: $60hr - $65hr

• Administer and maintain the Apigee Developer/Admin Portal.
• Manage portal access, user roles, and permissions for API consumers.
• Ensure seamless integration between the Developer Portal and Apigee API Gateway.
• Customize the Developer Portal to meet branding and organizational requirements.
• Publish and manage API products and documentation through the portal.
• Implement API monetization strategies and manage developer subscriptions.
• Monitor portal performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime.
• Collaborate with API developers to publish and update APIs on the portal.
• Ensure proper security practices and governance over APIs exposed via the portal.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Apigee Developer Portal (Drupal or integrated versions).
• Familiarity with API lifecycle management and API documentation standards.
• Knowledge of user management, roles, and access control in Apigee.
• Experience in integrating Apigee Developer Portal with API Gateway.
• Understanding of OAuth2, SAML, and other API security mechanisms.
• Experience in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for portal customization.

Preferred:

• Experience with Apigee Hybrid or Apigee X.
• Familiarity with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure).
• Knowledge of API monetization and billing mechanisms.
