Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Total Reward Analysts (Benefit Analysts) to understand process and compliance.
  • Serve as point of contact for Tier 1 (Benefit Specialist) inquiries.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to Tier 2 (Benefit Analyst) ticket/cases.
  • Partner with internal departments to ensure accurate benefit data/deductions.
  • Respond to vendor and carrier inquiries.
  • Monitor and coordinate Knowledge Base Article updates.
  • Process invoices and work with vendors and internal department to answer inquiries and solution escalations.
  • Assist with all facets of annual enrollment and year-end processes including 1095 process.
  • Run/provide reports and perform audits as needed.
  • Assist with compiling data for survey completion.
  • Provide additional support as needed.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
  • 5 years benefits administration.
  • 2 years senior benefits administration.
  • Experience managing their-party vendors.
  • Subject Matter Expert level knowledge of benefit plans, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA and ERISA required.
  • Working knowledge of FMLA, 401(k), Medicare, etc.
  • Experience with HRIS systems - Workday preferred.
  • Experience with various benefit administration systems.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Highly collaborative, ability to use independent judgment, prioritize multiple projects, and adapt to change while meeting deadlines.
  • Professional certification preferred (PHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS).
