- Data Mapping & Transformation : Work with technical teams to explain data mapping requirements and assist to transform data between source and target systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Data Quality Assurance : Ensure data quality throughout the migration process by performing data validation, cleansing, and testing to guarantee accuracy and consistency.
- Migration Strategy & Planning : Collaborate with project manager and technical leads to develop detailed migration plans, timelines, and risk assessments.
- Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals, issues, and progress.
- Testing & Validation : Oversee testing of migrated data and ensure that all business-critical data is accurately transferred to the new system.
- Process Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation for data migration processes, including data definitions, mapping, release notes and migration plans.
