- Involvement in assessment, and resolution from a functional perspective for 5 different domains : Customer, Supplier, Material, Finance, CSR.
- Cross-skilling across various domains.
- Technical knowledge of systems in use.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Single point of Contact for Critical Incidents.
- Liaison between Business and IT.
- Executive Communication : Provide comprehensive reporting on incidents and / or problems to executives, including root cause analysis and business metrics / KPIs impacted.
- Sector Liaison : Transition sector-related business products and / or applications into support with definitive metrics.
- Strategic Expertise : Provide thought leadership for ongoing issue resolution and service enhancement, including operational model and automation.
- Track persistent or recurring issues or challenges and support in business case development for permanent resolution of these recurring issues.
