Business Case :
Has helped shape pre-project ideas and been independently responsible for writing sections of a comprehensive business case. Is familiar with and has supported the budgetary aspects of significant projects - including cost planning and estimating, reporting and forecasting.
Project Support :
Works with the project team, facilitating triage of UAT, supporting business readiness activities including workshop facilitation.
Experience of different delivery methodologies including Prince2 and / or Agile / Scrum and able to adapt candidates analysis accordingly.
