Pay Range: $47hr - $52hr
Essential Functions:
- 20% Evaluates healthcare analytics to generate insights for healthcare solutions.
- 20% Operates as a trusted thought partner with business leads to perform both proactive and reactive analysis for key stakeholders and derives insights between key metrics and their drivers.
- 15% Researches meaningful reports and analysis for health care system entities and presents findings.
- 15% Creates effective key performance indicators and balanced scorecards that provide improved decision-making.
- 10% Builds infrastructure that supports analytical rigor and develops models and tools that drive healthcare strategy.
- 10% Uses business analytics to anticipate future needs of the healthcare organization.
- Leverages data to address business challenges using data analytics.
- 10% Utilized as a resource for junior business intelligence analysts.

- Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 5 years experience with business intelligence tools, data analytics and/or database management systems.
- In Lieu of Education-In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
- Ability to translate technical complexities to key business stakeholders.
- Ability to learn and understand all areas of operations within the organization.
- Ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Business intelligence software, such as PowerBI, Qlik, or Tableau.
- Certified Business Intelligence Professional Upon Hire Preferred.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Upon Hire Preferred.
