- Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the health and performance of unified communications infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular updates and patches.
- Integration: Integrate unified communications systems with other IT components, such as network infrastructure, Active Directory, and cloud services.
- Security: Implement security measures to protect communication channels, data, and endpoints, and ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
- User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, resolve communication-related issues, and offer training when necessary.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for unified communications systems, including configurations, procedures, and best practices.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to procure hardware, software, and services, and manage vendor relationships.
