- Lead and oversee the end-to-end production process of pilot projects and experiences,, ensuring timely and high-quality execution from pre-production planning to final delivery at scale.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and key stakeholders to design, test and deliver, and scale experiences globally that align with our vision and strategy.
- Partner with procurement and legal on SOWs and contracting.
- Work autonomously to develop playbooks, training materials, and tools to allow global counterparts to support delivery at scale.
- Prepare reports for management, detailing program specifics, learnings and insights.
- Mentor and manage junior team members.
- 10 years of experience leading integrated creative projects, brand activations, events and experiential productions.
- Experienced in contracting and managing talent.
- Ability to create and drive schedules, budgets, scope documents, deliverables and staffing needs for project teams.
- Experience managing agency, partner, and vendor relationships.
- Experience working with and influencing across various levels of the organization and cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with global teams.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and decision-making skills with an ability to set priorities, problem-solve, and work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
