- Collaborate with departments or teams to address areas of non-compliance and guide them in achieving continuity, content, accessibility standards.
- Provide expert guidance and support to teams working on web content creation and development.

- Act as the primary point of contact for content-related inquiries and guidance across departments.
- Participate in site template design efforts, ensuring content integration aligns with design guidelines.

- Proven experience (5 years) in content management, website administration, or similar role.
- 5 years experience Administering Microsoft SharePoint Platform.
- In-depth knowledge of WCAG guidelines, ADA Title III, and Section 508 accessibility standards.
- Strong understanding of web design principles, content management systems, and best practices.
- Proficiency in analytical tools and the ability to interpret data to make informed content decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining accuracy and quality in content.
- Experience in conducting accessibility audits and familiarity with accessibility testing tools.
