- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain AIOps solutions within ServiceNow to enhance IT operations and automate incident response.
- Implement and manage ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
- Configure and optimize the Event Management Pipeline to ensure efficient event correlation and incident management.
- Integrate Big Panda with ServiceNow to enhance event management and monitoring capabilities.
- Perform system administration tasks, including user management, access control, and system upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and other team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends.
