Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Network Planning Engineer to join our team. As the single point of contact (SPOC) for site projects related to CAPEX Tech/Tech Infrastructure requests, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Data Center Planning and Consolidation: Review data center plans and consolidate tech infrastructure needs with automation and project teams.
- Tech Infrastructure Coordination: Coordinate with global tech and OT teams to rack, stack, and configure switches and servers.
- Collaboration and Solution Implementation: Collaborate with product owners to implement best-in-class and standard solutions for various tech offerings, such as Steno phones and camera systems.
- Tech and OT Infrastructure Deployment: Maintain and drive the deployment of tech and OT infrastructure, requiring hands-on delivery leadership, technical consulting, and solution architecture expertise.
- Tech Asset Installation: Ensure that tech assets are installed according to client and Marietta standards, including cabling management.
- Wi-Fi Network Planning: Plan and install Wi-Fi networks for CAPEX projects, guaranteeing adherence to industry standards.
- Asset Deployment Management: Manage asset deployment, which includes switches, servers, IoT devices, clients, and WLCs.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Problem-Solving and Planning Capabilities: Ability to think ahead and formulate plans for asset installation and deployment in consultation with product and service leads.

- Racking, Stacking, and Troubleshooting Experience: Experience in racking, stacking, and troubleshooting switches and servers.
- Switch and Server Configuration Knowledge: Familiarity with switch and server configuration to facilitate issue troubleshooting.
Salary Range: $38-$43 per hour.
