What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sourcing Manager Sourcing Manager position at Cynet Systems?

Job Description :

Pay Range : $50hr - $55hr

Responsibilities :

nalyze spend data from a variety of sources to develop and implement sourcing strategies.
Build pricing models and financial analysis in support of negotiation strategies.
Negotiate and implement deals that maximize cost savings, improve service levels, mitigate contractual risks, and creates / improves overall value for the category areas mentioned above.
Manage RFx process utilizing sourcing best practices.
Negotiate contracts with a focus on commercial terms.
Develop project plans, deliverables, metrics and milestones.
Implement process disciplines and management systems necessary to achieve desired results.

Qualifications Basic Requirements :

Minimum 5 years procurement experience in a sophisticated sourcing environment.

Bachelor's Degree in Business , law or related field..

Strong proficiency in all stages of the sourcing life cycle (from market analysis to procure to pay), especially the negotiation of contractual agreements.

Cost Modeling : Ability to understand cost drivers and how to break down cost structures.

Desired Characteristics :

Skills and flexibility to assume a variety of projects in the aforementioned categories is required.

Quantitative analytics skills including the ability to analyze complex data and build cost models.

Communication and Interpersonal skills including crisp verbal skills plus effective listening skills; effective facilitation skills.

Execution skills including persistent drive for results utilizing sound project management, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Salary : $50 - $55
