Pay Range: $80hr- $85hr
Responsibilities:
- Develop SRE strategy documents to advance the maturity of managed services.
- Prepare target state SRE operating models and develop product backlogs at the application level to gain SRE maturity.
- Implement portfolio-wide SRE life cycles of services from inception and design, through deployment, operation, and refinement.
- Scale systems through mechanisms like automation and evolve systems by pushing for changes that improve SRE maturity, reliability, velocity, and operational excellence.
- Implement change management best practices.
- Propagate sustainable incident response ensuring services meet their SLIs/SLOs.
- Implement error budget policies.
- Implement best practices in observability, reliability, and release engineering.
- Proven experience in SRE transformation for large IT portfolios.
- Expertise in chaos engineering and improving SRE maturity, reliability, and velocity.
- Strong background in building strategic partnerships with stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and implement SRE strategies and operating models.
- Proficiency in scaling systems through automation and improving operational excellence.
- Knowledge of change management best practices and incident response.
- Experience in implementing error budget policies and best practices in observability, reliability, and release engineering.
- SRE Transformation Experience for large portfolios.
- SRE Chaos Engineering.
- SRE Maturity, Reliability, Velocity, and Operational Excellence.
