Job Description:
- 10 years’ experience as Business Analyst preferably in insurance domain with good knowledge in New Business, Claims etc.
- Have managed at least 2 to 3 end to end project lifecycles as Business architect.
- Have knowledge of tech stack like java, spring boot, angular etc.
- Participate in requirement gathering and design thinking workshops.
- Manage functional product backlog and supports in maintaining functional designs.
- Creating , Managing User stories and validating development & test scenarios.
- Strong communication skills to provide show and tell to business, knowledge transfer to development and testing team.
- Experience in a scrum master role in software development, preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
- Creating, Organizing, and managing Test Designing/ Planning.
- Creating, Enhancing, debugging, and Running Test Cases.
- Organizing, monitoring defect management process.
- Handling changes and conducting Regression Testing.
