Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr
- Design, prototype, and iterate on user interfaces using Figma.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience1.
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs, business objectives, and design best practices.
- Work closely with developers during the implementation phase to ensure design fidelity and a seamless user experience.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to stay at the forefront of UX/UI design.
- Provide clearly defined specs and functional annotations to engineers.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in creating digital visual design and UI for web and apps.
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong visual design skills, including an eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Experience in presenting work, narrating design rationale, and advocating design solutions to various stakeholders.
- Understanding of UX patterns, best practices, and when to push beyond such limits.
