What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse/Distribution Operator position at Cynet Systems?

Job Description : Responsibilities :

Support the order processing function (i.e., picking, packing, shipping, etc.).
Receive and put away manufactured products or raw materials.
This includes unloading trucks, verifying quantities received, and entering receipts into a WMS (warehouse management system).
Pick and pack customer orders utilizing the warehouse computerized management system.
Other customary warehouse functions (e.g., cycle counting, processing material for destruction, etc.).
Follow all applicable laws and regulations (e.g., OSHA, FDA, DEA, etc.).
General cleaning of work area daily.

Qualifications :

High School / High School Equivalent is required.

Pick and pack customer orders.

This includes interaction with the warehouse management system vi handheld RF device.

Material is picked by using an RF device to scan the product license plate.

Validated packing requirements must be followed precisely.

When the pick / pack function is complete, the order is weight-checked to verify accuracy.

Orders are consolidated by license plate to ship units.

Packing list and label are printed and included with the shipment.

Responsible for complying with FDA, TSA, and OSHA requirements.

Responsible for ensuring that all training identified in the individual training plan (ITP) is current and complete.

Constantly look for improvements in productivity, compliance, and data accuracy.
