PowerApps Developer
Austin TX - 1 day office weekly
- Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
- Investigates problem areas.
- Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
- This Software Engineer 3 contractor position is part of the Administrative Applications SharePoint team and will be working to develop enhancements and provide support for the Robotic Process Automation application.
- This position will perform Software Engineer/Application Developer duties that will involve the following Power Platform areas: Power Apps Canvas and Model-driven apps, Dataverse, Power Automate Flows for business process automation and Power BI reports.
CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments
- Experience as a Software Engineer or Application Developer
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate technical solutions
- Microsoft Power Platform development experience
- Experience with Agile development processes and sprint planning
- Experience in design and development of Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps by utilizing Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as the backend data storage model
- Experience in design and development of Power BI reports
- Experience developing Power Automate Flows, Desktop Flows, business process flows
- Experience in Dataverse tables and uses
- Good teamwork skills, and ability to collaborate with other functional and technical staff on the project
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams
- Communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization
- Experience in Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center
