Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Studio Operations Coordinator at Cynthia Rowley in New York, NY. The Studio Operations Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to operations management, administrative assistance, and communication within the studio. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and excel in delivering comprehensive administrative support while enhancing communication across the headquarters.
- Provide general administrative support to the entire Cynthia Rowley team
- Manage the “office credit card” for overhead supplies, shipping, and subscriptions
- Prepare rooms for guests and host client meetings – welcome them, offer drinks, etc.
- Support role in studio operations meetings, assisting in developing agendas and preparing documentation as needed
- Coordinate with the Retail Manager for showroom assistance
- Support new employee and intern onboarding
- Work directly with Cynthia Rowley for administrative assistance
