Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Store Manager to join our friendly team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and successful store operation.
Responsibilities:
* Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide personalized service.
- Offer styling advice and assist customers in selecting outfits.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, store policies, and promotions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle returns and exchanges professionally.
* Store Operations:
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Oversee merchandise displays and visual merchandising tasks.
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Ensure adherence to store opening and closing procedures.
- Train and supervise store associates (as needed).
* Administrative:
- Assist with store events and promotions.
- Contribute to marketing and social media initiatives (if applicable).
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and active listening abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
- Experience with a Point of Sale (POS) system preferred.
- Basic cash handling and register operation skills.
- Availability to work weekends is essential.
