Duties
- Manage patient scheduling and appointments efficiently to optimize office flow.
- Handle incoming calls using phone systems, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
- Oversee patient scheduling and appointment coordination to maximize office efficiency and optimize workflow.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory to ensure the front office is well-stocked. Ensure the front office area is tidy, organized, and professional in appearance at all times.
- Provide excellent patient service by addressing concerns and facilitating a welcoming environment.
- Work with healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care.
- Support the office manager or practice administrator with various administrative tasks as needed.
Skills
- Knowledge of insurance verification procedures. (Candidate will be trained as well.)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for managing medical records.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with patients and staff.
- Ability to operate phone systems efficiently in a busy office environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on patient satisfaction.
