Cypress Capital Group is excited to invite applications for a Fundraising Consultant to lead a capital raise of $100M from high-net-worth individuals and family offices for our Fourth Silicon Valley Private Equity Real Estate Fund. This role offers a unique opportunity to transition into a full-time position focusing on Investor Relations and Business Development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Raise $100M capital from high-net-worth individuals and family offices
- Create persuasive presentation materials that effectively communicate investment opportunities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with investors to foster trust and engagement
- Collaborate closely with the senior team to shape and implement an effective fundraising strategy

Compensation :
5% success fee on capital raised through your introductions (No retainer)
