Activity Assistant (CNA) Job Description :
This person will lead activities with our residents. The right person will also be able to drive our facility bus to assist residents to go to and from external activities. A sincere passion to work with seniors is a must. Experience with Memory Care is a plus. Shift : 8am- 4pm Monday through Friday. 7am -3pm Saturday and Sunday
Requirements of the Activity A ssistant (CNA) :
- High School graduate or equivalent
- CNA Certification
- Previous experience in a social or recreational program preferred
- Must maintain the highest level of professionalism and work well within a team environment
- Must be customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
- Must be approachable, flexible and adaptable to change
- Must have a good driving record
- Must be able to pass a Level II Background Test
- Weekend and Holiday availability is required
