Role Description
This is a full to part-time on-site role for a Chiropractic Assistant/Office Manager at Cypress Chiropractic & Wellness in Charleston, SC. Ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, handling appointments, billing, ensuring effective communication with clients, and the creation of social media content and newsletters.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Effective Communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is a plus
- Previous experience working with Canva, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok also a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Communicate through telephone, text, and email
- Maintain organized patient records and manage appointment scheduling efficiently.
- Collaborate with the chiropractic team to ensure smooth office operations.
- Utilize design tools like Canva, Blaze AI, ChatGPT
- Writing skills for newsletters and patient correspondence
- Maintain a tidy office space.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
