Job Description
The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for performing various duties to repair, maintain, troubleshoot, and complete routine and preventive maintenance tasks at the apartment community. The Maintenance Tech works on a team and is provided extensive support including: planning, training, budget, and teammates to achieve optimal property performance.
We are a fix it right the first time, company. We do not believe in shortcuts and quick fixes. We are looking for a Maintenance Tech that shares this philosophy.
