We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Cypress Cove, a beautiful 48-acre Life Plan Community.

CNAs play a vital role in the care of our residents, providing exceptional assistance with daily living activities and building meaningful relationships.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide caregiving services to a group of residents in Assisted Living and / or Memory Care, including ADL assistance.
  • Escort residents to meals, activities, social programs, and appointments.
  • Observe residents and respond to call bells in a timely manner to determine their needs.
  • Maintain resident comfort and safety.

Requirements :

  • Valid Florida CNA License.
  • Possess an interest and compassion for older adults.
  • Patience and excellent communication skills.
  • Time management skills to ensure all residents receive the best level of care.
