The Life Enrichment Coordinator at Cypress Cove helps manage every aspect of the activity program catering to over 600 Independent Living residents at a luxury continuing care retirement community.
With every day being a little different, our Coordinator wears many hats throughout the day, consistently planning and implementing large scale events throughout the year, educational programs, and off campus trips.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Event planning – develop, plan, and implement outings/events both on and off campus.
- Resident services – designing and implementing innovative and creative activities, programs, outings, and other events to enrich the lives of residents.
- Communications – develop newsletter content, flyers, activities calendars and other materials that support resident/family/staff awareness and engagement.

- Self-motivation - must be able to take a project and run with it.

- Excellent communication skills – including being comfortable public speaking!
