Residential Property Manager

Cypress Cove Nudist Resort is currently seeking an experienced, hands-on, Residential Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential community, ensuring high standards of maintenance, resident satisfaction, and compliance with community guidelines. This is a unique opportunity to manage a vibrant residential community within a welcoming, naturist setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Resident Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for residents, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
• Leasing: Manage resident leasing activities, including lease renewals, move-ins, and move-outs. Ensure all lease agreements are properly documented and executed.
• Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate and supervise maintenance requests, repairs, and regular upkeep of residential properties. Ensure that properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with resort standards.
• Financial Management: Monitor and manage rent/account collection and control expenses related to property maintenance and repairs i.e. tree service.
• Compliance and Community Guidelines: Ensure that residents comply with all community rules and regulations (including naturist guidelines). Address any violations or conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
• Vendor Management: Oversee third-party vendors and contractors for property services such as tree service, plumbing, and electrical work. Ensure timely completion and quality of work.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lot status, maintenance issues, and forecasted services for resort management.
• Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and promoting resident social events, fostering a sense of community within the residential area of the resort.
• Emergency Response: Be available for emergencies and unexpected situations, ensuring the safety and security of residents and properties.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience as a Property Manager, Leasing Manager, or similar role, preferably in a residential setting.
• Strong understanding of property management principles, including maintenance, leasing, and budgeting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and build positive relationships with residents and staff.
• Proficiency in property management software and basic financial management.
• Knowledge of naturist community values and comfort working in a naturist environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays, as needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

AA/AS- 2 year degree (industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements)

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
