What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper - No Weekends! position at Cypress Creek Assisted Living & Memory Care Residence?
Cypress Creek Assisted Living & Memory Care Residence is seeking to hire a full-time housekeeper.
Hours of employment are 7am - 3pm.
Housekeeping experience in a residential/hospitality setting preferred.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Clean, polish, and sanitize public areas, including lobbies, dining rooms, restrooms, etc.
- Deep cleaning of residents’ apartments on a weekly basis to perform a deep cleaning of bathrooms, living arena, bedrooms while respecting resident privacy
- Interact with residents and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner, providing assistance and directions as requested
- General custodial duties, window washing, trash removal, floor care.
Employees must comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards, and guidelines related to employment with Cypress Creek Assisted Living Residence.
Education and/or experience:
- A high school education or equivalent and up to one-month of related experience or training.
- Working with older adults in a healthcare setting is desirable, as well as Housekeeping Experience - preferably a minimum of 6 months.
