Overview
Cypress Creek Renewables is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join its People team. As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own and manage full cycle recruiting across the organization including technical and non-technical roles. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, source, and assess top candidates, and deliver a great experience for every candidate and stakeholder. This individual is energetic about the projects Cypress Creek is developing and looking to apply their expertise to help scale our growing business.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage 20-25 requisitions across a variety of functions and levels.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality talent, leveraging job boards, networks, events, and direct outreach.
- Be a first line of defense for incoming applications through the evaluation of resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements for candidates before passing on the hiring manager.
- Evaluate resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements for candidates.
- Coordinate interview logistics and feedback loops across multiple stakeholders.
- Source prospective hires and maintain our passive candidate pipeline with frequent communication.
- Contribute to employer branding, hiring strategies, and process improvements
- Brainstorm and bring forward new strategies for connecting with and interviewing potential prospects and bring innovation to the recruiting and hiring process.
- Partner with HR and People Ops to support offers, onboarding, and workforce planning.
Education & Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in energy, tech, or infrastructure
- Experience recruiting talent either with a recruitment agency or in-house, preferably both.
- Proven recruiting success, preferably in-house within a fast-paced, growing company.
- Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships with candidates.
- 1 year experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a consultative approach to partnering with hiring managers
- Comfortable recruiting across technical and non-technical roles
- Highly organized and personable with a whatever-it-takes attitude.
- A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for helping teams grow

Locations: The preferred location for this role is one of our offices. We have offices in Asheville, NC; Durham, NC; Washington, DC; NYC; Los Angeles, CA; and San Francisco, CA. Additionally, we are on a hybrid schedule 3/week.
Compensation: The salary range for the position is $80,000-$110,000 plus bonus and benefits. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
