Responsibilities
- Manage administrative and logistical tasks, ensuring smooth communication between clients, contractors, vendors, and the design team
- Serve as the first point of team member for clients and contractors via phone and in-person interactions
- Provide biweekly status updates to clients and contractors
- Order and track materials, follow up with vendors regarding ETAs or issues with orders and materials
- Support email marketing efforts and monitor social media platforms
- Maintain organized filing systems and assist with general administrative tasks
- Proficiency in Google Drive, email management, and basic administrative tools required
Requirements
- Experience in logistics, administrative support, or interior design preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
