Rotomold Operator

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical processes and the ability to maintain high-quality standards while ensuring efficient production.

Duties

• Operate various types of machinery, including rotational molding machines, forklifts, and pallet jacks, to facilitate production processes.
• Perform materials handling tasks, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of products within the facility.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure that all products meet established standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to implement lean manufacturing practices aimed at improving efficiency and reducing waste.
• Fabricate components as needed, following specific guidelines and blueprints.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise, utilizing strong mechanical knowledge to resolve problems quickly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with machining processes and quality inspection techniques is advantageous.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
• Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment is a plus.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.50 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
