The organization is currently recruiting a Service Manager to direct field operations and the service team, ensuring efficient project delivery while upholding rigorous standards for safety, quality, and client satisfaction. This role involves significant metric tracking, encompasses accountability for all aspects of the Florida branch, and grants decision-making autonomy to ensure team success.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Supervise field and administrative personnel, including recruitment, training in accordance with company policies, processes, and core values, and enforcement of company/division regulations.
- Oversee fleet management.
- Verify accuracy in processing quotations, invoices, and work orders.
- Address material-related inquiries from vendors and suppliers.
- Communicate with clients regarding work order status.
- Provide supervision for material procurement and receipt.
- Manage inventory.
- Participate in sales calls and initial site visits for prospective clients.
- Conduct post-completion site visits for quality assurance.
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Administer and negotiate service agreements.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and systems.
- Monitor key performance indicators.
- Engage in quarterly planning sessions with senior leadership to ensure branch alignment with annual and long-term objectives.
Administrative and Human Resources Duties:
- Approve timesheets and performance-based bonuses.
- Review and refine company procedures.
- Develop and implement training curricula.
Compensation: $65,000 annually.
